Fire alarm protocols including what to do in case of fire, a map with emergency exits and fire extinguishers on prominent places in the company, and regular fire drills. This protocol needs to be checked and reviewed on an annual basis.
Health management protocols including how many people with first aid training should be in the company on a daily basis, first aid kits on prominent places in the company, agreements on the frequency of first aid training attended by employees, and a standard form to fill out if an accident happens. This protocol needs to be checked and reviewed on an annual basis.
Clear manuals for using machinery, which are understandable for all people at the company, on every machine in the company.
Implement and perform the following protocols concerning environmental dangerous actions:
Manuals for how to dispose waste. For every kind of waste produced by the company a waste disposal manual should be developed. These manuals need to be checked and reviewed on an annual basis. The company should insist employees will perform as stated in the manuals.
Manuals for how to work with chemicals and/or biological controllers. For every chemical and/or biological controller that is used all alternatives should be investigated on an annual basis. Furthermore all employees working with chemicals and/or biological controllers need to wear extra safety gear like goggles, hand gloves and a foot cab. Manuals for how to work with chemicals and/or biological control need to be available at prominent places in the company. If a chemical and/or biological controller provokes extra health dangers a person trained in first aid should always be present if these are used and all employees should be trained in what to do in case of an accident.
